Our Program
This is an eight-week summer program based in Plano TX designed for interns who want to see how an agency functions specifically a multicultural agency that focuses on the Asian American consumer. You will be balancing between two worlds: supporting the daily needs of your homebase team and co-leading a primary internal initiative that will define how our office shows up in Texas and beyond.
The Role
We are looking for a thinker who is interested in the why behind the work. You will help us find the narrative thread in our projects and ensure that our strategy is conceptually sound. We need someone who leads with curiosity listens to the room and isnt afraid to pivot when a better idea surfaces.
What Youll Do
- Support your homebase team with research insights and daily tactical needs.
- Collaborate with the Creative intern to audit and evolve how our office communicates its identity to the outside world.
- Participate in honest dialogues and Yes and brainstorms
- Help translate raw ideas into clear strategic directions for a major internal project.
Who You Are
- You dont wait for an invitation; you identify opportunities and contribute early.
- You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating shifting project needs.
- You simplify complex information into clear compelling narratives without losing the nuance.
- You lead with a sociological curiosity seeking to understand the why behind human behavior through an anthropological lens.
Skillsets Required
- The ability to synthesize data into sharp actionable creative briefs.
- Proficiency in structuring and designing decks that sell a cohesive story.
- A high capacity for abstract problem-solving and connecting cultural dots.
- The confidence to present defend and evolve ideas within a team setting.
Key Details
- Program Dates: June 8 July 31 2026 (8 Weeks).
- Deadline: March 31 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
- Schedule: M to F 11 am - 5 pm CT (1 hour lunch break)
- Hybrid Model: 3 Days in office / 2 days virtual
- Pay: $16.90 / hr
