Job Summary
- Conduct mechanical dimensional and performance testing of pipe couplings in a controlled laboratory environment.
- Collect organize and analyze test data to evaluate product performance and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data collection statistical analysis and calculation of CpK values.
- Prepare clear summaries of findings and provide recommendations for product or process improvements.
- Assist the Quality Management team with ongoing quality initiatives documentation and rootcause investigations.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean organized lab workspace.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from senior quality staff.
- Interest in hands-on testing and mechanical systems.
