Maintain regular correspondence with studentsincluding messagingregardingbook distributions deadlines for withdrawals billing timelinescourseregistrationupcoming breaksclass schedulesetc.
Collaboratewith offices around campus to supportstudentsincluding but not limited to the Library theCenter for Student SuccesstheCenter for Intercultural Student DevelopmenttheRegistrars Office Financial Aid and Financial Services.

CompleteWayForwardadvisingappointments with Wayfinder students to help them navigate their next steps.
30% Coordination
Assistwith book and supplypurchasingand distribution in collaboration with the Director of Continuing Studies.
Coordinatespecial eventsthat foster belonging and community among adult learners includingWayfinder and DegreeCompletionorientationsessions graduation ceremony planning etc.
Support coursescheduling and room assignments in consultation with the Director and the registrars office.
Create digital and print marketing andcommunicationin consultation with Calvins Marketing and Communicationsand the Director of Continuing Studies.
Bachelors degree preferred.
At least one year of professional experience supporting adult learners in an educational setting.
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational time management and project coordination abilities.
Proficiencywith technology and a willingness to learn new systems to support student success.
High levelof personal integrity and professionalism.

This position is basedatCalvin Universitys Knollcrest campus and follows a typical MondayFriday schedule.Some evening work is expected and regional travel may be necessary for partnershipdevelopmentprofessionaldevelopmentprogram administrationandcollaboration.
