This position reports to:

Job Description:

• Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce quality products meeting production goals and specifications while maintaining a defect-free standard.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) air manipulators hoists robot wrappers and hand scanners; must complete required training and follow all safety guidelines.
• Documentation & Communication: Read and comprehend all work instructions diagrams and special instructions; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about issues or needs.
• Flexibility & Safety: Support cross-training assist with other tasks as needed maintain workplace safety and housekeeping and be willing to work overtime.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
