You will assist tenants and visitors with directions and questions communicate clearly with property teams and document observations. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas parking areas and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with access issues disturbances medical calls and/or alarm activations as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management directing foot and vehicle traffic while following site policies for credentials deliveries and after-hours access.
• Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership and support follow-up actions per site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
