We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a temporary 3-6 month assignment supporting our environmental laboratory in Reading PA.
In this role youll support client-facing and administrative functions that ensure accurate timely and professional service delivery. From entering and maintaining client and project information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to preparing documentation coordinating workflows and supporting reporting and billing your work helps ensure accuracy efficiency and a positive client experience across the laboratory.
What Youll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients responding to inquiries requests and updates in person by telephone and via email
- Set up and maintain client accounts and project information in LIMS ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Coordinate with laboratory field and administrative teams to support timely sample submission processing and reporting
- Prepare process and distribute client documentation and deliverables including reports invoices quotations and electronic data files
- Review and monitor work orders to ensure accurate configuration documentation and billing
- Support internal workflows to meet turnaround time requirements and client expectations
- Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or periods of increased workload
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What Youll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service administrative support or a professional services environment
- Experience working in an environmental laboratory scientific or technical setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management skills
