Primary Purpose:
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under direct supervision perform dataentry including attendance Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) dataand grades. Process student enrollment transfers and withdrawals for the campus.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to use a personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and doword processing
Proficient keyboarding file maintenance and 10-key skills
Ability to meet established deadlines
Experience:
Two years data entry experience preferably in public education environment
Working Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand
motions; prolonged use of computer. Moderate walking standing heavy lifting and carrying up
to 53 pounds; climbing stooping bending kneeling and reaching. Responsibilities require
contact with individuals that may include exposure to disruptive behavior.
