Field Superintendent - Modernization
Your main responsibilities
Drive the full lifecycle of elevator modernization projects. You will lead field technicians manage project finances and collaborate with sales to ensure high-quality profitable and safe installations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight:Manage projects from submittals to close-out ensuring timely material delivery and 90% invoicing prior to turnover.
Field Leadership:Direct day-to-day operations for hydraulic and geared modernizations; train technicians and maintain positiveUnion Relations.
Operations:Conduct field surveys estimate bids interpret blueprints and procure specialized elevator components.
Performance:Identify change orders monitor job efficiency and ensure strictSchindler Safetycompliance.
What you bring
Education:Bachelors degree or related technical program
Experience: 5 years leading projects and technical teams (Elevator/Building systems preferred)
Technical Skills:Proficient inSAP Microsoft Office 365
Acumen:Strong financial management and communication skills.
