Job Summary

Primary Purpose of Position

The will assist and act as Coordinator and assist in the management of selected GT projects in the SEA and Pacific Region. He/she will assist Project Managers on the delivery of projects on time and to a high-quality standard in accordance with projects terms of reference (TOR). He/she also will expect to assist the Regional Lead and Operations Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Phase

  • Assist in opportunity assessment preparations BMS compliance requirements forms and creating opportunity codes.

  • Update the pursuit

  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by Regional Lead and/or Operations Manager for Sea and Pacific

Project Implementation Phase

  • Assist Project Directors and Project Managers on Project Compliance documentation to SEA and Pacific projects as needed.

  • Collaborate with appropriate team members contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables.

  • Support PMs and OM SEA and Pacific in the corporate and administrative aspects of regional management.

  • May assist in setting up new projects in this region in consultation with the Regional and Functional Manager. This may include but not limited to physical arrangement with respect to housing accommodation travel of staff logistics office equipment etc.

  • Assist in the preparation of all contracts with staff working in the SEA and Pacific regional projects.

  • Support other Project Managers in preparation of sub consultancy and joint-venture agreements as may be applicable with associates and JV partners

  • Collaborate with appropriate team members contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables.

  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Regional Lead and/or Operations Manager for Sea and Pacific

Key Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field.

  • Minimum of five years of practical experience in general operations project management and business development.

  • Experience in Multinational Engineering industry is an advantage

  • High level communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Ability to write effectively in English to furnish reports and to prepare business development materials including proposals.

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
