Job Summary
This role involves conductingon-site livestreamsat farms fields and partner retailers explaining product benefits and engaging farmers in real time. The host must becomfortable traveling across Luzon able toride a motorcycle and willing to work in field environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging on-site livestreams for Bayer products.
- Explain product usage and answer live questions.
- Assist with basic livestream setup and content preparation.
- Coordinate with agronomy and marketing teams.
- Support lead generation with retailers and farmers.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in any course.
- Strong communication and on-camera presence.
- Background inagriculture or livestream hosting.
- Willing to learn agronomy or livestream operations.
- Can ride a motorcycle and travel frequently in Luzon.
- Familiar with TikTok/Facebook LIVE (preferred).
- Basic video or content editing skills are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and conducive home workspace.
