About the Role:
- Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
- Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level Founders & SVPs)
- Plan design and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan
- Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making
- Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies trends and opportunities for growth
- Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
- Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth
- Gain high exposure across the organization collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership
About You:
You are a highly business-driven detail-oriented professional with a proactive hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations Strategy Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs forecasting and business planning
- Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
