Youll work closely with Product Owners Solution Architects infrastructure teams and external partners to optimize Zuken and DSE3 environments strengthen integrations across SAP Windchill and Teamcenter and ensure seamless performance for design applications used around the world.
From system administration and business analysis to dashboard creation and user support each day brings engaging challenges and meaningful contributions. How youll make an impact
- Translate business requirements into workflows user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Administer and optimize Zuken and DSE3 configurations libraries and databases.
- Maintain application servers and SQL databases to ensure stability and integrity.
- Monitor system performance and manage access uptime and data reliability.
- Support infrastructure teams across server environments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for users integrations and design data.
- Lead system testing regression checks and validation of patches or updates.
- Deliver training user guidance and create Power BI dashboards.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5 years of experience in system administration and business analysis within engineering design PLM or ERP environments.
- 3 years working with Agile frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in Zuken DSE3 and with solid SQL management skills.
- Experience with SAP or PLM systems such as Windchill and Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows Servers ITIL and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent communication problemsolving skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
