Your day to day:

• Provide customer service via face-to-face phone and email.
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products pricing orders stock delivery and account queries.
• Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
• Liaise with workshop staff assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required.

Who are you

• At least 6 months to a year experience in sales/ customer service or similar industry
• Excellent verbal communication
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level
• Fast leaner and happy to participate in ongoing training.
• Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills and problem solving
• Work well in a team and independently
