We are seeking aSenior Linux Administratorto join our team in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
Operate and Design applications based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers and Containers (Docker and/or Kubernetes);
Handle patching and package distribution via Red Hat Satellite;
Perform system hardening installation tuning troubleshooting monitoring and maintenance of Linux servers (circa 600);
Manage OS of Oracle physical clusters;
Manage server certificates access (administrative and non-interactive) and applications accounts;
Incident and Problem Management;
Work closely with developers security network and architecture teams;
Participate in continuous improvement of infrastructure and open-source solutions;
Conduct Strategic studies by executing tests and proofs of concept managing endtoend training activities including assessment course development delivery and results evaluation.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Red Hat Linux 6.x 7.x 8.x
Hands-on experience withAnsible and automation
Experience in RH Satellite for patching and package management
Scripting skills (Shell Ansible Playbooks Python)
Experience in VMware virtualization
Knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations
Technical knowledge of ICT management tools and infrastructures
Other Requirements:
EU Citizenship
Resident in or willing to relocate to Belgium
