Main responsibilities

Translate customer requirements and bid strategies into actionable project plans
Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple high-priority projects
Develop and implement solution design strategies to meet market and client demands
Identify the requirements and support team development through training and mentoring
Collaborate with operation and business development teams to deliver effective solutions.
Leverage advantage tools and cost models to ensure high-quality cost efficient solutions
Provide technical guidance on complex or high-risk projects and vendor engagement.
Lead continuous improvement of design processes and promote best practices
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

Masters degree required Industrial Engineering background is preferred.
8 years of experience in a commercial customer-centric or solutions focused organization

Key Skills & Expertise:

Leading the solution designs & implementation warehousing & transport solutions
Strong knowledge of warehousing operations & warehouse management systems.
Skillful experience on CAD drawing for layout design cost modelling & pricing for warehouse solutions
Sector knowledge in the semiconductor tech industries & retail market is a strong advantage
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into value-driven solutions
Experience with product development operational costing and cost modeling
Knowledge of automation/mechanization design and statistical modeling
Skilled in pricing strategy resource allocation and solution selling
Experience with product development operational costing and cost modeling
Strong competencies in project & stakeholder management influencing and negotiation
Effective in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and people development
Familiarity with technical business discussion and supply chain strategy is a plus
