Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager(s) of Health Services including processing job postings and related paperwork maintaining position control registering new hires in orientation sessions ensuring that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system updating the day to day schedule changes in ESP ShiftLink and running staffing reports as requested. Must adhere to the timelines and deadlines for expense claim forms time entry and payroll cutoffs. Processes data entry into the SAP Payroll System from sources (ESP ShiftLink) submitted by sites to which Provincial Travel Team staff are deployed. Follows up with sites to ensure timesheets are audited and are inputted correctly with all required information. Identifies areas for improvement with timekeeping and correction notice process and works with respective areas to incorporate efficiencies. Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s) and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
