Job Summary
General Description:
- Manages all aspects of the capital equipment process from raw material to finished good.
- Participate/lead development of process that meets safety quality cycle scrap and labor standards.
- Establish controls and parameters for maintaining and monitoring the process.
- Train personnel on how to maintain the process and identify any critical issues that may need special attention.
- Document all process controls.
- Participate in PFMEA activities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and scrap reduction.
Position Specific Requirements (PSR):
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming (RSLogix 5000 Studio 5000)
- Proficiency in HMI development (Factorytalk)
- Strong Understanding of Industrial communications protocols (mostly Ethernet/IP)
- Read and Interpret Electrical schematics
- Experience with servos and VFDs
- Fanuc robot programming (2 years)
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality on project work
- Safety Equipment (Keyence)
- Vision Systems (Keyence Cameras and Scanners)
- Technical support hands on with Maintenance team
- Proficiency in debugging controls systems
Education:
- AA required
- BS/BA preferred
Experience:
- Requires 1-3 years
