What Youll Do
- Greet patients and make them feel welcome
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones schedule appointments and assist with inquiries
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient accounts and records while protecting privacy (HIPAA)
- Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized and welcoming
What Were Looking For
- High School graduate or equivalent required Medical Receptionist Certificate a plus
- 1 years of experience medical office receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Reliable professional positive attitude
