JOB SUMMARY:
The Admissions Technology and Equipment Intern will assist with the overall technology readiness for our equipment for the upcoming Halloween Horror Nights season. This person will also get insight on tracking of our equipment to ensure that they are up to show quality standards tested and verified working and ensure that the teams have the tools and resources to accomplish their assigned task. This person would also work on our data tracking and overall presentation of information to our senior leadership team for review and follow up.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and automate tracking of open INCs and W/O to eliminate the need for labor intensive data inputting
- Enhance tracking of equipment used during events to ensure that they are easily checked out and returned in proper order
- Enhance daily readiness reports of technology equipment used by the teams
- Create a way to make communication tools easy to use that will still have an impact on the information given
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Data and Analytics Computer Science Business or similar.
- Proficient in Sharepoint Power Apps Power BI
- Data and Analytics Reports
- General Knowledge of Inventory Management
- Communications Best Practices

- This internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
