Job Description

Our client a well-established civil engineering contractor based in Navan is currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator for ongoing asphalt and roadworks projects across Leinster.

The Role:

Operating ride-on rollers for asphalt and road surfacing works
Ensuring high-quality compaction to required specifications
Working closely with groundworks and paving crews
Adhering to all site health & safety standards

Requirements:

Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
Relevant plant/ticket certification
Proven experience operating rollers on asphalt projects
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Own transport (preferred due to various site locations)
