About the role:

This is a great opportunity to start your career with Star Refrigeration learning how a large engineering business operates while gaining hands-on experience and structured training. As an apprentice youll work collaboratively with engineers managers and customers and over time become a super user of Star Refrigerations digital systems. Youll also act as a first responder for administrative and customer queries within the branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first responder for customer and internal enquiries using our Business Management System COINS and the SMART Service Management System to log track and resolve queries
  • Accurately input and manage data across all revenue streams using COINS Business Management System supporting invoicing cost recovery and financial accuracy
  • Manage and securely transfer company documentation using FTP applications
  • Work collaboratively across the branch to support engineers managers and customers sharing information through Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Create manage and progress purchase orders and work orders within COINS in line with Star Refrigeration processes
  • Support monthly financial reviews to provide management information and resolve data queries
  • Maintain customer relationships and respond to enquiries professionally using Outlook Word and Excel to prepare correspondence reports and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems as your confidence grows progressing through training to become a super user of COINS and SMART systems

Salary: 18564 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8am 4:30pm Friday 8am 3:30pm
