资格要求:
要在这个职位上取得成功你应该满足以下要求:
- 大学本科学历经济金融商业数学或相关学科的荣誉学位
- 6年以上财富管理/资产管理经验
- 具备较强的客户服务能力能够提供丰富的客户体验和基于需求的解决方案
- 优秀的投资咨询和演讲技巧
- 持有基金销售资格
- 流利的英语和普通话
- 试用期内所负责城市的平均收入达成率不得低于80%且其中至少有3个月达成率不得低于90%
