The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
This position is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift ensuring accurate financial reporting and delivering exceptional guest service in alignment with Marriott brand standards.
Position Overview
The Night Auditor serves as both front desk representative and financial auditor during overnight hours. This role ensures all daily transactions are reconciled reports are balanced and guests receive professional and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with brand standards
Audit balance and reconcile all daily hotel transactions
Run and distribute end-of-day reports
Monitor and process mobile check-outs
Ensure accurate posting of room tax and incidental charges
Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently and discreetly
Secure hotel entrances and monitor overnight safety procedures
Communicate important updates to the morning leadership team
Qualifications
Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
Prior night audit experience strongly preferred
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of Opera Lightspeed or similar PMS systems preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
