Job Summary

River Oaks Baptist School is seekinga detail-oriented and service-minded Revenue & Billing Manager to join our Business Office team.

This is a key role responsible for overseeing tuition billing accounts receivable and related revenue functions for the school while working closely with families and supporting the financial operations of a vibrant and growing campus community.

Reporting to the Director of Finance the Revenue & Billing Manager manages all aspects of tuition billing and receivables supports financial aid processes and collaborates with Business Office colleagues to ensure strong financial stewardship and excellent service for our families.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in billing accounts receivable or business office operations who enjoys both financial work and serving families in a mission-driven school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all tuition billing and accounts receivable processes using Blackbaud Tuition Management
Manage payment plans billing adjustments and account reconciliations
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and payment arrangements
Serve as primary contact for families regarding tuition and billing questions
Assist with financial aid processing and reporting
Process deposits and other incoming funds
Support annual audit preparation and required reporting
Collaboration with the Business Office team on financial operations and special projects

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in accounts receivable billing or related accounting/finance role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Experience with Blackbaud Tuition Management or similar financial/tuition systems preferred
Experience in a school nonprofit or service-oriented environment a plus
A vibrant Christian faith and a desire to work in a Christian environment
Successful completion of background checks and verification
