Maintenance Data Specialist

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Gatekeeper for maintenance management information(MMIS) system at the New Century Site.

• Manage MMIS portion of the management of change(MOC) process.

• Responsible for building and maintaining equipment BOMS creating equipment IDs facilitating P&ID updates and establishing equipment preventive maintenance plans.

• Maintain inspection reports and PSM critical documentation.

• Collaborate with site engineers operations and maintenance teams.

• Review maintenance inventory levels and standardize equipment when possible.

• Participate on maintenance and capital project teams to ensure site standards are followed when possible.

• Complete SAP data analyses to review maintenance efficiencies and opportunities.

• Responsible for maintaining MMIS procedures and assisting with work order closures.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be an effective results-driven self-directed and motivated team player who communicates in an open honest manner. A proven track record of contributing to teams continuous improvement strategic thinking and having high ethical standards are also keys to addition a qualified candidate should possess the following:

• Highly developed communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform well under competing priorities.

• Interpersonal skills for working in teams across functions.

• Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint Excel).

• Prior experience with SAP / Maintenance Management Software is a plus.

Reporting structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.
