We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a
6-month contract basis to assist in key marketing activities to support the Sales and Marketing function at Marmon Residential Filtration. This role works closely with Sales Marketing and R&D to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support content updates across all brand touchpoints (website social platforms LinkedIn etc.) with relevant content and ensure consistency throughout
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations trade show brochures and other sales enablement tools

Conduct ongoing product research and trends analysis across various e-commerce platforms to help inform strategies and recommendations.
Stay informed about consumer trends industry regulations and technological advancements in water filtration.
Monitor major e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon Walmart) for suspected counterfeit or non-genuine product listings for key appliance customers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in consumer goods or B2B environment preferred
Naturally curious and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously learn.

Top of FormStrong organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
Collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
