Job Description:
Administer and oversee the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Peer Review Programs (PRP) including compliance evaluation rule interpretation committee coordination and referral of non-compliance matters.
Manage annual CPE and PRP audits compliance tracking reporting and program statistics.
Prepare and support agency budget development and reporting.
Process and manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable disbursements payroll fixed assets and use of the state accounting system.
Maintain update safeguard and generate board reports.
Prepare committee meeting minutes and provide administrative support to Board committees.
Provide full administrative and operational office support including mail processing purchasing inventory management equipment maintenance subscriptions and records management.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in public or business administration accounting or any discipline related to the work assigned. One year of experience in administrative business management or technical support work including collecting and interpreting statistical financial program or administrative data; or interpreting laws rules regulations and processes. Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred: Experience utilizing accounting systems like E1 knowledge of accounting firm operations.
