Job Summary
DeKalb Motor Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dealership team as a full-time Automotive Billing role is ideal for someone with prior dealership experience who is looking to grow their skills within an organized and supportive accounting team.

- Review and process new and used retail and wholesalevehicle deals.
- Verify contracts funding documents and supporting paperwork for accuracy.
- Post deals into our accounting software and verify for accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous schedule and ledger accounts.
- Support month-end accounting processes.
- Support License & Title processes.
- 2 year of automotive dealership experience (billing license & title or accounting preferred)
- Understanding of financial concepts including accounts receivable/payable journal entries account reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR background check and pre-employment drug test
