Job Summary

Your mission
As aCluster Sales Manager (f/m/d) you will lead and execute the commercial strategy across two hotels in the Amsterdam area representing internationally recognized brands such as IHG and Accor. You will be responsible for driving revenue performance identifying new market opportunities strengthening strategic client partnerships and optimizing results across both properties.
This role is both strategic and hands-on combining leadership with a strong market presence. You will actively engage with key accounts conduct client visits represent the hotels at networking and industry events and maintain close collaboration with on-property teams. Working alongside Revenue Managers the Marketing Manager and the Area Director of Sales you will align commercial objectives analyse performance data and implement impactful innovative sales initiatives that deliver measurable results.
You will specifically oversee and represent:
Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall
Ibis Budget Amsterdam City South
Beyond driving success for these two hotels this position offers strong growth potential within the cluster and the broader Netherlands hotel portfolio providing opportunities to further develop your leadership capabilities and advance your career within an international hospitality environment.
Your profile
Qualifications/Skills:
1- 2 years of sales experience ideally within the hotel industry
A proactive customer-focused and commercially driven mindset
Strong organizational skills with a structured yet creative approach
Fluent in English/Dutch (additional languages are an advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident decision-maker with the ability to prioritize and stay focused on results
Self-motivated flexible and open to occasional travel
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build maintain and strategically expand strong relationships with key corporate leisure and agency accounts and ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Lead annual contract negotiations and manage the full RFP process
  • Organize and participate in sales events FAM trips networking gatherings and national/international trade shows
  • Support the development of annual Sales & Marketing Plans
  • Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities across the portfolio
  • Bring forward creative data-driven commercial ideas to support revenue growth
