Synergie Australia is seeking a customer service operator for a major waste company located in Chullora.

The important parts:

Monday Friday 9am 5pm
$37 per hour
Temp to Perm Training provided

What you will be required to do:

Assisting with enquiries via phone and email
Booking in job orders across Sydney
Dealing with council contracts
Establishing a good rapport with the customers and providing accurate information
Providing exceptional customer service

To be successful in the role you will:

Previous experience is highly regarded not essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel & Word
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Great interpersonal and team skills.
