Job Description
As a Security Officer - Financial Headquartersin San Antonio TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will complete routine foot and vehicle patrols stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication and strong customer service. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents alarms and/or tenant concerns in a calm problem-solving manner escalating to site management and/or public emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial property including lobbies corridors stairwells parking areas and perimeter with working conditions varying by location.
- Monitor access points and common areas for unusual activity help to deter unauthorized entry and/or loitering and communicate observed issues to appropriate parties.
- Complete patrol logs incident reports and other required documentation and support property operations with routine security-related checks such as door integrity and/or key control procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
