QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant post-secondary business education or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of practical industry experience in a multi-location environment
• Complex manufacturing setting an asset
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Experience in financial systems and the key supply chain drivers within the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Supply Chain essential SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficiency in operating a computer including using a Windows based operating systems and related software
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel (v-lookups data filters pivot tables etc.)
• Excellent English communications skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Entrepreneurial spirit; thrives on autonomy and the challenges of continuous improvement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate a compelling vision for the supply chain management and drive results while developing a strong team
• Driven by a high degree of integrity with cultural and core value alignment to Creation
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Must be detail oriented organized and have ability to inspire others
• Leadership interpersonal team building and coaching skills are essential
• Strong learning mindset

Working Environment Conditions Physical and/or Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger handle or feel office equipment objects tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and identification peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally clean; however this position may be exposed to occasional dust metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE where required. Otherwise office/business casual attire is appropriate.
