Your Mission
Join ClearEdge as a Senior DevOps Software Engineer where you will design automate and sustain infrastructure and deployment solutions supporting secure this role you will leverage Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks to build reliable scalable and compliant systems. You will play a key role in integrating development and operations practices to ensure efficient repeatable and secure delivery pipelines.
You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:
- An experienced DevOps engineer with AWS experience
- Highly proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation practices
- Skilled in Terraform Ansible and Packer for provisioning and configuration management
- Comfortable deploying and managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes
- Experienced in building secure repeatable deployment pipelines
- Knowledgeable in system security requirements and accreditation processes
- Capable of collaborating across engineering security and operations teams
- Comfortable working in classified environments with complex compliance requirements
A Day in the Life Of:
- Designing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform
- Automating configuration management and deployments with Ansible and Packer
- Deploying and managing containerized applications within Kubernetes environments
- Supporting secure system builds and hardened infrastructure baselines
- Collaborating with system administrators software engineers and security teams
- Troubleshooting deployment orchestration and infrastructure issues
- Contributing to system documentation and supporting security accreditation activities
- Continuously improving automation scalability and system reliability
Must Haves:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a DevOps or Software Engineer on programs of similar scope type and complexity
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (4 additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelors degree)
- Experience as a DevOps engineer within cloud environments
- Strong experience with Terraform Ansible and Packer
- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes environments
Nice to Haves:
- Systems Administration background related to SSP accreditation
- Development experience in Java or Python
- Experience supporting secure or compliance-driven environments
