About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-minded associates to support operations in the Dry Room. This position involves a mix of material handling production support and housekeeping tasks. Candidates with forklift experience are strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work accuracy and consistent routines.

Key Responsibilities

Weigh and grade powder materials accurately Ensure precise measurements and correct batch preparation to support the manufacturing process.
Load and unload mills or blending equipment Assist with powder mixing operations in the dry room.
Operate material-handling equipment May include chains hoists tuggers ladders and other equipment following all safety standards.
General cleaning and housekeeping Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment within the dry room.
Strict safety compliance Wear required PPE follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
Support production as needed Assist operators maintain equipment readiness and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Forklift experience highly preferred
Ability to lift carry and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurement instructions
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
Willingness to wear PPE and adhere to strict safety protocols
