Job Summary
Now hiringDriver Delivery Helpersto assists the delivery driver in loading unloading and delivering goods safely and efficiently. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting the driver in day-to-day tasks. Must be able to work in the Longview TX area.
Full Time
Weekly Pay
$14 per hour
Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods ensuring items are handled safely to prevent damage.
Help organize and secure cargo in the vehicle.
Accompany the driver on delivery routes and assist with deliveries and pickups.
Provide excellent customer service including assisting customers with moving items when necessary.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and reports.
- Ensure the vehicle and equipment are clean secure and in good conditions
Qualifications:
- Related work experience ; at least 6 months.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) and work in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced delivery environment.
Frequent lifting bending and walking.
Exposure to outdoor conditions.
Good physical stamina and mobility.
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
