Job Summary

Are you excited about shaping real world AI solutions that drive measurable business impact Were looking for anAI Business Solutions Leadto join our Americas Pricing and AI this role youll lead the identification design and delivery of AI use cases that help transform how our teams work across the region.

Youll act as a strategic partner to business stakeholdersclarifying requirements defining KPIs building prototypes and ensuring successful adoption of AI driven solutions. This is a hands-on high-visibility role that blends business strategy analytics and technical execution

WhatYoullDo

Partner with business teams to define and prioritize impactful AI opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear AI problem statements requirements and solution concepts.
Build PoCs and functional prototypes to validate AI capabilities before scaling.
Define success metrics KPIs and value frameworks for AI initiatives.
Collaborate with project management data scientists engineers and IT to transition prototypes to production.
Drive adoption through communication training and change management efforts.
Present insights and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audience

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of experience in business analytics AI data science or similar roles.
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Computer Science Engineering Economics or related field
Strong understanding of Azure ecosystem (Azure ML Synapse Fabric Data Factory Power BI).
Proficiency in Python (Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn etc.) and advanced Excel.
Experience defining success metrics and ROI for AI/analytics initiatives.
Highly self-driven detail-oriented and comfortable operating with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Ability to travel up to 30% (including international travel).
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
