Position Summary
The Operations Administrator is a highly organized execution-focused partner to the Director of Operations. This role exists to increase field efficiency ensure compliance and elevate operational execution across the organization.
This individual owns reporting cadences compliance tracking payroll coordination workflow documentation and field operational support.The OperationsAdministratorfrees leadership capacity by proactively managing administrative infrastructure ensuring visibility into key metrics and supporting consistent fieldexecution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly bi-weekly monthly and quarterly reporting cadences
- Field operating compliance
- Accounts receivable reporting compliance
- Identifygaps and escalate risks proactively
- Track participation and compliance for field training initiatives
- Provide visibility intooperations trainingattendance completion and impact tracking
- Review and ensure doctor schedules are entered accuratelyto support payroll
- Build andmaintainoperationaldoctortemplates and trackers
- Maintainalloperationstrackingfilesand other key dashboards
- Support meeting preparation (Quarterlyregional directormeetings leadership sessions)
- Assistin workflow documentation and process mapping
- Improve and streamline reporting systems over time
- Maintain open requisition reporting and status visibility
- Support L10 preparation and reporting visibility
- Prepare analysis reports for field leaders
- Propose workflow and process improvements
- Identifygaps and escalate risks proactively
- Partner with Regional Directors& Regional Doctor Leadersto ensure follow-through
- Ensure visibility to Director of Operations

Preferred Experience & Background
- 3 years in administrative operations or project coordination role
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables tracking dashboards)
- Experience with reporting systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
