Who we are looking for:
Youre passionate about creativity and data and eager to grow in performance marketing
You enjoy working with experiments A/B tests and analytics as much as generating creative ideas
Youre ready to quickly understand key marketing metrics (ROAS CTR CPM CPA Hook Rate Hold Rate) and learn how they influence creative decisions
Youre curious about target audiences and know how to turn insights into effective creatives
Youre detail-oriented willing to learn and ready to write clear briefs and collaborate with designers and motion teams
English level: B2

Supporting the creative process from idea to launch together with the team
Contributing to campaign concepts for paid traffic and performance goals
Working with different creative formats (static video UGC) and understanding their impact on results
Writing briefs and reviewing creatives based on feedback and performance data
Analyzing basic metrics and suggesting improvements for optimization
Monitoring trends and testing new tools to improve the creative workflow
