Your Tasks
HR Data & Reporting: Support the preparation development and ongoing improvement of HR reports and dashboards with a focus on HR reporting and HR controlling (e.g. headcount FTE personnel costs KPIs trends and forecasts).
CSRD & Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and alignment of HR-related data for CSRD and sustainability reporting ensuring high data quality and consistency.
HR Controlling: Assist in the controlling support of HR help to link HR data with financial and business perspectives and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: Participate in global HR reporting and controlling projects (e.g. reporting harmonization KPI frameworks). Bring in your own ideas to help improve processes reports and data structures.
Your Profile
Enrolled student in business administration HR management controlling economics business informatics computer science or a comparable field during the working student period.
Strong interest in HR data HR reporting and controlling and in understanding how people data supports business decisions.
Analytical mindset with a high level of structure accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent Excel skills; experience with SuccessFactors or other HR analytics or BI systems is a plus.
Very good English skills (written and spoken); German or additional languages are a plus.
Ideally first experience in an international working environment (e.g. internship working student role).
Confident and clear communicator able to tailor information to different stakeholders and target groups.
Team-oriented proactive and motivated to take responsibility and learn in a dynamic environment.
