We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Solutions Account Executive Professional Services to join our Sales Team based inStockholm.

What youll do

  • Own the entire sales strategy and execution for your key customers including territory & account planning pipeline & opportunity management and forecasting.
  • Help shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities to propose complex digital marketing use cases
  • With your customers build a vision of their Digital Transformation and our role to support it growing into the role of a trusted advisor
  • Negotiate and contract consulting engagements with customers to implement Adobe Digital Marketing solutions and improve the business value from existing implementations and drive the sales process until closure
  • Collaborate intensively with project delivery teams to facilitate the delivery of outcome-driven engagements that maximize customer value realization and ensure customer satisfaction through the achievement of customer business goals turning each customer into a reference

What youll need to succeed

  • 10-15 years of experience in Saleswith focus on theservices business
  • Strong experience in performing sales planning and pipeline management
  • Proven experience in negotiating engagement pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling and contracting to large enterprises
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships at both C-level and functional levels
  • The highest work standards and structured methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task within tight time frames and rapidly amend plans and tactics in response to changes in priority or situation
  • Detailed planning and control skills
  • Using internal resources and business partners to provide solutions to customers challenges
  • Fluency inSwedishandEnglishis mandatory

Additionally we would like to see

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing or adjacent domains (e.g. CRM E-Commerce) and the ability to leverage AI and agentic AI innovations to accelerate and scale customer outcomes
  • Extensive and proven experience (Engagement Management Project Management Consulting Management)
  • Proactive individual with a can do attitude who focuses and commits
