Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer
Location: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Part-Time 2030 Hours per Week)
Potential for Extension: Yes

Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to support a major modernization initiative involving five legacy applications that support municipal election operations. This is a part-time 6-month contract role with the potential for extension.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with an experienced Front-End Developer and a UI/UX Designer to deliver a modern intuitive responsive and high-performing web application.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3
Collaborate with design and development teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional components
Implement and manage application state using Zustand or React Context API
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and manage data flow efficiently
Ensure code quality through Git version control and adherence to best practices
Contribute to performance optimization testing and overall application stability
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand or Context API
Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Mantine component library
Familiarity with election-related systems or government applications (preferred not required)
