About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Business Manager / change specialist on a fixed term contract basis to lead business management activities reporting to the Head of International Compliance working closely with both the International Head of Legal Entity Compliance and the International Compliance Strategy and Business management head.


In this role you will:

  • Work closely on behalf of the Head of International Compliance with internal stakeholders including Finance Regulatory Relations HR and other teams on ad hoc requests as needed
  • Support the International Compliance Strategy and Business management head with Transformation requirements as needed.
  • Support the International Head of Legal Entity Compliance on ad hoc requests.
  • Be responsible for the creation and delivery of the departmental communications plan including townhalls newsletters and Coffee Connects.
  • Manage the International Compliance expense and budget management including cost oversight reporting and managing travel and training budgets.
  • Work with the team to update the International Compliance intranet and Sharepoint sites and organisation charts.
  • Produce routine documents presentation and reports for the Head of International Compliance and perform data entry operations where required.
  • Set up and run ICLT offsites volunteering and department socials.
  • Monitor with the Head of International Compliance the results of the GES and other surveys for the International Compliance Function.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
  • Strong knowledge of applicable global financial services-related laws and regulations
  • Experience providing support to senior level executives and able to face off across multiple lines of business and wider senior leaders and being used to handling sensitive information with discretion maintaining confidentiality and integrity
  • Dynamic highly motivated and target oriented with excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and use initiative
  • Ability to work under conflicting priorities and pressure with proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance
  • Experience in driving large-scale organisational change within a complex global organisation
