Toradex is looking for an Information Security & Compliance Specialist to strengthen our Digital Business Operations group.

In this role you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation and continual improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will prepare the organization for internal audits and surveillance audits ensuring we maintain and evolve our ISO/IEC 27001 implementation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will translate security requirements into practical processes controls and documentation that support our digital business.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Toradex Information Security Management System (ISMS) on a daily basis
• Coordinate and support all activities related to our ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and continuous improvement
• Plan prepare and support internal audits surveillance audits and recertification audits
• Perform and/or coordinate internal ISMS audits across relevant functions and locations
• Monitor the status of information security controls collect evidence and maintain required documentation
• Support risk assessments treatment plans and followup of mitigation actions
• Maintain and improve information security policies procedures and guidelines
• Track nonconformities incidents and corrective actions ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with IT Engineering HR Legal and other stakeholders to embed security into daily operations
• Support information security awareness and training activities within the company
• Monitor changes in relevant standards regulatory and customer requirements and reflect them in the ISMS
• Provide regular reporting on ISMS status risks and improvements to management

Qualifications and Experience

• A completed bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Experience working with an Information Security Management System (ISMS) ideally in an ISO/IEC 27001 environment
• Solid understanding of core information security principles (confidentiality integrity availability risk management)
• Handson experience with audits (internal or external) ideally in an IT or technologydriven organization
• Familiarity with common IT environments (cloud services networks endpoints identity and access management)
• Efficient work tracking documenting and management skills (Jira Confluence)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
• Available to work a few days a week from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP
