Job Summary

A well-established organisation within the property and housing sector is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team in Johannesburg. This role is suited to a finance professional with a strong background in property management accounting reporting and audit compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to management
Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Support internal and external audit processes
Strengthen financial reporting systems and procedures
Monitor cash flow cost controls and operational financial performance

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Must have completed SAICA/SAIPA articles
Minimum 3 years experience post articles - in a property or housing environment or similar
Strong management reporting and financial analysis experience
Proven exposure to audit preparation and compliance
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Strong reporting skills

Remuneration: R700 000.00 - R900 000.00 CTC per annum
