Job Summary:
The Head of Agency Digital Transformation is responsible for driving the strategic vision implementation and optimization of digital solutions across the agency distribution.
This role ensures that technology initiatives align with business objectives enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional digital experiences for both internal teams and agency.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the agencys digital transformation initiatives focusing on technology adoption and innovation.
- Define and execute the agencys digital transformation roadmap ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives.
- Lead the design development and deployment of digital platforms tools and applications that support agency operations sales and customer engagement.
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered business solutions and automation initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery streamline workflows and improve user experience.
- Working with various teams to ensure successful integration of digital tools and processes.
- Leading teams through change initiatives ensuring alignment with business strategies and measuring success.
- Plan manage and deliver agency projects from initiation to completion.
- Establish KPIs track progress and report on the digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure all digital solutions meet security privacy and regulatory requirements.
Job Specifications:
a. Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
b. Experience:
- 10 years of experience in digital strategy or transformation roles preferably in an agency or sales-driven environment.
c. Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital projects.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
