Waves Media Agency (WMA) collaborates with leading sports leagues and rights holders to create engaging data-driven digital programming. Our partners include major organizations such as the WNBA and CONCACAF and we deliver always-on content experiences that engage the internets largest and most passionate fan communities.

Role Summary:
Wave is seeking an Operations Intern to join the Wave Strategy individual would serve a critical role externally managing Waves advertising and sales relationships across its short-form and long-form programming. This highly collaborative and detail-oriented person will also help develop strategies to renew and expand those partnerships in close collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional client management and keen understanding of the social/digital media advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

• Daily refreshes of the company metadata for all posts
• Other manual data entry ad hoc (Monthly KPIs Monthly reports etc)

Qualifications

• Interest in sports media
• No previous experience required

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Capacity to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery and hardware.
• The ability to communicate and exchange information clearly and accurately.
• Work is sedentary and involves sitting for the majority of work hours.
• Able to work full-time M-F and nights and weekends as needed.
• The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and work is performed in a business office environment.
• The worker may be exposed to variable lighting conditions (brightness or darkness) and noise during production when in the office.
