Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.

Receive visitors/clients and obtain name and nature of business.

Direct vistors/clients to the lounge and refer them to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates and/or other inquiries.

Answer telephones and transfer to the appropriate department and/or employee.

Update telephone directory.

Scan service repair orders and documents.

Make folders for the sales department.

Attend department meetings.

Work Schedule

Friday through Thursday including Saturdays. 8:00am to 6:30pm. 30-minute lunch. Rotating shift. Work 6 days on then 6 days off.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED;1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training;Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
