Technical Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technical Business Analystis expected to be able to accomplish the following:

• Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirements.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems such as production and inventory control systems financial tracking systems call center management and human resources systems.
• Works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems.
• Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations operating time and form of desired results.
• Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ActiveTS/SCI CI Poly clearance
• BS 5-7 years of relevant experience; MS 3-5 years; PhD 0-3 years

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) IIBAor PMIProfessional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Certified Systems Analyst (if applicable environment)
• IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)
• Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
• SAFeAgilist (SA)
• Security (baseline awareness of DoD cyber environment)
• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
• CISM

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• CompTIA Data
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Minimum)

• Work schedule: Normal work hours constitute on average 8 hours a day40 hoursper week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800 Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: 20%
