formal and informal structured and unstructured psychological and neuropsychological tests (and scores) in the following broad areas of assessment to patients under direction of neuropsychologist:

4.3Achievement/Academic tests
4.4Executive Function
4.5Attention
4.6Language
4.7Visual Spatial tests
4.8Sensorimotor tests
4.9Memory
4.10 Personality/Psychiatric Symptoms
4.11Learning disability assessment
4.12Others as appropriate to patient

7. Interacts with co-workers visitors and other staff consistent with the core values of the University.

Job Description

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES needed in addition to Essential Functions:

Must have necessary skills to give batteries of tests to a wide variety of individuals of all ages and abilities.
Must posses computer and word processing software competence.
Must continue learning and gaining skills with new testing materials.
Must utilize good judgment in situations that will bring out the best performance in individuals.
Must have ability to work with and communicate effectively with patients their families and other healthcare providers.
Must be able to find and review materials in patient charts and electronic records.
Must be able to participate in research activities as needed (administer score enter and prepare data and conduct statistical analysis literature review prepare graphs/tables).
Must be self-motivating highly enthusiastic and well organized.
Must be able to demonstrate maturity to maintain professional demeanor.

Internal Relationships: Providers patient care areas non-patient care areas
External Relationships: Patients families

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field. Advanced course work preferred.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION:
None required

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience administering psychological testing batteries is preferred
