Wider () | QA Engineer

On behalf of Wider (ex. HyperAd) SD Solutions is looking for a talented QA Engineer with 4 years of experience to ensure the quality reliability and performance of our systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly structured and proactive in identifying issues before they reach production. You should be comfortable working closely with developers product managers and operations teams to maintain high engineering standards and smooth releases.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans
• Develop comprehensive test cases based on product and technical requirements
• Perform functional regression integration and end-to-end testing
• Identify document and track bugs clearly and systematically
• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Validate API integrations and backend services
• Test dashboards internal systems and user-facing applications
• Participate in release cycles and ensure production readiness
• Improve QA processes and introduce best practices
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and structured communication
• Strong ownership and accountability
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong experience in manual testing
• Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar tools)
• Understanding of backend systems and client-server architecture
• Experience writing SQL queries for data validation
• Experience with test management tools (Jira required)
• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks (advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright)
• Experience testing cloud-based systems (GCP advantage)
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
